The principle of SEAL underpins the work of all the staff in Sunbeck (HRPRS). We aim to help pupils develop their personal and interpersonal skills.
The five SEAL outcomes are:
Through our personalised learning programmes, work experience and ethos of support, we offer pupils the opportunity to learn and practice skills for life.
Through tutor-time sessions our students receive support in specific areas of their own development identified from a initial questionnaire that assesses students individual needs. Our assemblies also address all 5 of the SEAL themes.
