Sunbeck recognises the important role that trade unions play in supporting and representing employees. We encourage all staff to consider joining a recognised trade union and to make use of the advice, support and representation available to them.

Staff who are members of a trade union are able to undertake appropriate trade union duties in accordance with relevant policies and agreements. At present, no member of staff at Sunbeck holds a formal union representative role or undertakes recognised trade union duties.
