In Art, our intent is to foster understanding of the unique qualities of different materials and processes and be able to exploit these within practical work.

Students are supported to find their favourite medium and engage with contemporary art – seeing beyond the analytical and realistic; considering and exploring the conceptual. Students are introduced to and given an understanding of the main Art theories.
